Responsibilities:
- Perform precise measurements using the Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex 9106 CMM.
- Generate detailed inspection reports using Mitutoyo's MCOSMOS V4.2 software.
- Conduct inspections of manufactured parts to ensure compliance with specified tolerances and customer requirements.
- Set up new jobs on the CMM, ensuring correct fixture alignment and program selection.
- Produce and analyse inspection reports to support quality control efforts.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve measurement discrepancies and improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating CMM machines, particularly Mitutoyo.
