Do: Trim cured carbon fibre composite parts accurately to scribe lines and end-of-part component requirements.
Fit subcomponents, abrade and prep cured carbon parts properly for bonding.
Bond composite components using specified structural adhesives, following project jigs and fixtures to build higher-level assemblies.
Work confidently with hand and power tools to achieve tight manufacturing tolerances.
Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, process specifications and manufacturing documentation.
Complete production records accurately, including time bookings and material traceability details.

Bring: Previous experience working with cured carbon fibre or other advanced composite assemblies, plus trimming and fitting in a technical manufacturing setting.
Practical experience using hand and power tools for trimming, routing, drilling, abrading or similar composite fitting activities to tight tolerances.
