What You Will Do:
• Manage and deliver the end-to-end process for Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), Pre-Action Protocol (PAP) requests, and other information inquiries from third parties, ensuring legal compliance.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team to embed General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance across operations.
• Analyse employee master data and team activity to provide insightful reporting that supports decision-making.
• Prioritise and organise your workload effectively to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• Make swift, risk-based decisions and address challenges constructively to ensure statutory deadlines are met.
• Influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels to achieve successful outcomes.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience in a similar compliance-focused role or sensitive business area.
• Strong knowledge of Data Subject Access rights, particularly the \”right to access\”.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Resilience, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset to deliver results under time constraints.
• A HR shared service background or experience of working with People Data systems such as SuccessFactors Plus is an advantage.
