What You Will Bring: - Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, or similar operational leadership role. - Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, with the ability to deliver improvement projects end-to-end. - Confident people leadership skills, including coaching and developing high-performing teams. - Hands-on experience using ERP/MRP systems, with the ability to improve operational reporting and planning. - Knowledge of Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment and a calm, proactive approach to risk management.
