What You Will Do:

  • Manage the allocation and movement of shortage parts between stores and build zones, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Oversee the missing, damaged, and wrong parts process within the build operations.
  • Coordinate rework activities and ensure parts are returned through the correct processes to support builds.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as Stores, Supply Chain, and Build Operations, to resolve part kit issues and maintain efficiency.
  • Investigate root causes of part pick issues using problem-solving methodologies and recommend improvements.
  • Create and manage pick kit matrices for each build and update systems like Wrike for seamless operations.

What You Will Bring:

  • Strong IT skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in VBA, Power Query, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • A solid understanding of parts tracking systems like GPIRS or SAP and an awareness of Bill of Materials processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to create and analyse reports, utilising formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • A background in data analytics, production/manufacturing engineering, logistics, or administration is highly desirable.
