  • Implement relevant procedures within the Business Management System (BMS) and ensure consistent compliance.
  • Support internal process and product audits, helping to keep documentation current for external certification bodies.
  • Lead customer complaint responses through containment actions, detailed analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and short- and long-term countermeasures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive sustainable fixes, improving yield and reducing waste in line with business targets.
  • Report quality metrics weekly and monthly, including customer PPM and incident performance, while communicating status clearly across teams.
  • Manage quality deliverables through engineering change support and assist with PPAP submissions to customer and company requirements.

What You Will Bring

  • A desirable technical qualification level of HNC or equivalent, with a strong interest in manufacturing quality and continuous improvement.
  • Proven capability in problem solving, planning, and follow-through, with confidence to influence decisions from shop floor to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point, for reporting and presentation.
