What You Will Do

  • Coordinate APQP activities across all new product introductions for the Advanced Quality Engineer role.
  • Control and track all APQP documentation through PPAP approval, ensuring customer submission dates are achieved.
  • Execute PPAP submissions and manage Engineering Change requests for both customer and internal changes.
  • Own project quality across project phases, acting as a single point of contact for customer project quality concerns.
  • Oversee BEON/PPAP release status and contribute to lessons-learned workshops across the product range.
  • Produce monthly PPAP/BEON status reports and escalate delays early when launch targets are at risk.

What You Will Bring

  • Significant experience in quality or project quality within a medium-volume manufacturing environment, ideally automotive.
  • Strong APQP/PPAP exposure, including working knowledge of customer-specific PPAP requirements.
  • Proven problem-solving capability using structured methodologies such as 8D, PPS, and advanced root cause analysis.
  • Solid understanding of IMDS and experience working with customer and supplier stakeholders.
  • IAFT 16949 auditing experience is essential, alongside confidence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point) and tools such as Minitab.
