In this non-technical, highly collaborative position within the engineering and maintenance sector, you'll help keep maintenance work moving smoothly, improve spare parts availability, and support better decision-making through clear reporting and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Review and refine PPM schedules and regimes to create an effective maintenance plan for planned work.
- Coordinate maintenance request reviews, ensuring tasks are prioritised, scheduled, and allocated with timely feedback to request originators.
- Develop and maintain robust spares stock management processes, including accurate records of quantities and value.
- Apply 5S principles to improve stock visibility, enabling easy put-away and quick retrieval of critical items.
