New role for a Site Maintenance Manager, to run an established resident maintenance team of over 15 engineers at an established aerospace manufacturing site in Yeovil. As a Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing customer relations by driving operational excellence and ensuring machine downtime is kept to a minimum. Available is a competitive salary, performance bonus and private pension as private healthcare. Working Mon - Fri 38 Hours per week. As Site Maintenance Manager You Will: Manage resident maintenance team ensuring engineers, displaying excellent man management skills in a customer facing environment handling client engagement tasks and issues.
