HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys being busy, getting stuck in and making things happen? We are looking for someone with strong employee relations and HR casework experience who can hit the ground running and provide hands on HR support across the business. This role would suit a high energy, proactive and dependable HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees, is comfortable handling a varied caseload and doesn't wait to be told what needs doing. The Role As HR Advisor, you will provide professional HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and employees to ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently. You will have a strong focus on employee relations, HR casework, absence management, flexible working, performance management, recruitment and onboarding, as well as providing generalist HR support across the business.
