  • Execute PPAP submissions and approvals for customer and internal engineering changes.
  • Create monthly PPAP/BEON status reports for management and escalate any delays affecting submission targets.
  • Own project quality across project phases, acting as a key point of contact for customer quality concerns.
  • Support D/PFMEA and DFM reviews, root cause analysis, and lesson-learned workshops to drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring:

  • Significant experience in medium-volume manufacturing, ideally within automotive, with strong APQP and PPAP/BEON exposure.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving capability, including methods such as 8D, PPS, and advanced root cause analysis.
  • Competent knowledge of Automotive quality expectations, including IMDS understanding.
  • Experience dealing with customers and suppliers, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • IAFT 16949 auditing experience is essential (VDA experience is a beneficial plus).
