  • You will balance regulatory compliance, innovation, and commercial growth to ensure every release delivers measurable impact.
  • Your role will involve direct engagement with customers and industry stakeholders - understanding their challenges, anticipating market change, and turning those insights into scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • You will represent your PDV in planning and governance forums, tracking delivery performance, and ensuring operational readiness for each release.
  • In the energy networks space, this will include collaborating with DNOs, IDNOs, and asset operators to ensure our products support efficient network operations, accurate charging, and proactive asset management.

  • Track and report PDV performance against agreed KPIs (velocity, quality, commercial value).
  • Represent the PDV in quarterly planning, governance, and release readiness forums.
  • Engage directly with customers, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders to validate requirements and roadmap priorities.
  • Ensure operational readiness for all releases, including appropriate enablement and support resources.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent) in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

  • Track record of delivering products in a regulated industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments and using agile tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps).
