Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, including new implementations, upgrades and multi-site rollouts. The role combines project management with hands-on delivery, including system configuration and customer training, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of MCR solutions. The Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinates internal teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer projects from initiation through to go-live and handover
  • Plan and coordinate project timelines, resources, risks and dependencies
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing communication and expectations
  • Configure systems and support customers through setup and onboarding
  • Deliver user training sessions (remote and on-site as required)
  • Coordinate internal teams including Professional Services, Operations, Support, Sales and Finance
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate records in Salesforce or equivalent systems
  • Identify and manage risks and issues to ensure successful delivery
  • Support smooth transition of projects into Support with complete documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and standards

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing or delivering projects in a software, SaaS, EPOS or technology environment
  • Experience supporting system implementations, onboarding or configuration
  • Experience delivering customer training or supporting user adoption (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness of project delivery (desirable)
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar project tracking tools (desirable)
  • Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2) is advantageous but not essential
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
