Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide software maintenance and support to customers across Gladstone products.
  • Investigate and resolve service calls, software defects, and customer queries.
  • Own customer cases, communicate effectively, and meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Liaise with other departments and suppliers to support customers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to knowledge base updates.
  • Support project and virtual team efforts for product support and support documentation.
  • Identify trends and escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop expertise in specific products/services and support customer needs proactively.
  • Support out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of IIS, Azure, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, IT support environment, and relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience in leisure industry software or APIs is advantageous.

Personal Attributes:

  • Quick learner, excellent communicator, customer-focused, able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in retail, identity management, database integrations is desirable.
