CRB Cunninghams are driving new standards in the innovation and design of software solutions across the Education Cashless Catering and Online Payments Sector. Already the established market leader, we continuously challenge our great team to extend and enhance an extensive portfolio of desktop, mobile and web-based products in an exciting and rewarding environment. As Product Owner, you’ll take ownership of one of our core digital platforms, playing a critical role in driving product excellence and delivering meaningful value to our diverse customer base. Working at the heart of cross-functional teams, you’ll champion user needs, align with business goals, and ensure that every sprint delivers real, measurable outcomes.
This role will be central to the success of one of our established product lines, with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and continual evolution. You’ll be responsible for managing the full product life cycle: from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, in addition to our customers and users —ensuring that everyone is aligned on what we’re building, why we’re building it, and what success looks like. The product serves a diverse user base, with very different behaviours and expectations. Your ability to balance competing needs while maintaining a sharp product focus will be essential. Partnering with design, engineering and operations, you’ll normalise everyday AI use by setting standards, sharing success stories, and building the skills and rituals that make responsible AI part of how we work.
