Job Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Own and communicate the product vision across internal teams and clients, aligning with Hellenic’s transformation and AI-driven strategy.
- Requirement Gathering: Gather requirements from all stakeholders (clients and internal teams), then analyze, prioritize, and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, visibility, and alignment with business priorities. Balance tactical priorities (bug fixes, support tasks) with strategic goals (new features, architecture improvements).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and product walkthroughs with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
- Release Planning: Coordinate product/software releases, including internal testing, documentation, training, client testing, and deployment.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with support and development teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Industry Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, analyse product performance, and drive ongoing enhancements.
