We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new boutique in the heart of Hampstead, one of London’s most charming and vibrant neighbourhoods. To bring this exciting project to life, we’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join us from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding team, shape the store experience, and grow with us as we establish our presence in this iconic area. Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Area Manager.
- Managing a team of 3 people (to start with).
- Training and coaching your team.
- Developing sales and KPIs.
- Building customer loyalty: providing a unique shopping experience.
- Maintaining the brand's visual identity.
- Apply and monitor internal procedures (logistics, financial flows, retail, HR).

Qualifications
- Fluency in French would be an advantage.
- Passion for sales, excellent presentation and elocution skills, natural interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, organized, rigorous and versatile.
- Good command of IT tools.
