We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new boutique in the heart of Hampstead, one of London’s most charming and vibrant neighbourhoods. To bring this exciting project to life, we’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join us from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding team, shape the store experience, and grow with us as we establish our presence in this iconic area. If you have a love for retail, a strong sense of service, and the energy to thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Managing a team of 3 people (to start with)
- Training and coaching your team
- Developing sales and KPIs
- Building customer loyalty: providing a unique shopping experience
- Maintaining the brand’s visual identity
- Applying and monitoring internal procedures (logistics, financial flows, retail, HR)
You are available to work two Sundays a month.
40-hour permanent position. Fluency in French would be an advantage.
