We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Partner / Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a growing organisation in Cardiff.
You’ll be joining a seriously close-knit TA team with a brilliant culture – supportive, collaborative and genuinely invested in each other's success.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter with a strong commercial mindset.
Someone who builds strong relationships with hiring managers, understands their needs, takes ownership of recruitment performance and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
You'll join an established Talent Acquisition team and manage a varied portfolio of around 10 vacancies, predominantly mid-to-senior level commercial roles.
What we're looking for
- Senior-level experience within an in-house recruitment / Talent Acquisition environment.
- A commercial, proactive approach to recruitment, with a strong focus on quality, conversion and retention.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge hiring managers.
- Strong experience of headhunting, direct sourcing and talent pipelining.
- Proven experience recruiting commercial/sales roles at management and senior level.
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to use recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify improvements.
- A track record of improving recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
- A genuine interest in AI, recruitment technology and innovation, with the ability to identify what will genuinely add value.
- Experience coaching others and sharing best practice.
- Ambition to grow your career and take on greater responsibility as the business expands.
Agency experience would be a real advantage, but it's not essential.
What's important is that you bring a commercially driven, proactive approach to Talent Acquisition and genuinely enjoy finding better ways to deliver recruitment.
The role
You'll manage recruitment from briefing through to offer and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the UK.
Alongside your vacancies, you'll have the opportunity to influence the wider Talent Acquisition strategy, working on recruitment improvement projects, data and performance, technology and AI, talent pipelining and wider TA initiatives.
This is a role for someone who wants to influence how recruitment is delivered, not simply manage requisitions.
There's genuine scope to develop your career, take on more responsibility and help shape the recruitment function as the business continues to grow across the UK and Europe.
Jomo People embrace diversity and truly believe in equal opportunities for all.
All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of age, race, religion, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, parental status, disability, educational background or any other characteristic that doesn't relate to your ability to perform the role.

If you're an experienced senior recruitment partner who wants more ownership, influence and opportunity to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
