Cardiff City Centre (super close to great public transport links both bus and train) with travel required throughout South Wales and the South West

What You'll Be Doing (and the impact you'll make)

This is a hands-on role where you'll develop relationships with prospective clients and professional introducers, generate new opportunities through networking and referrals, represent the business externally, and help deliver an outstanding client experience from first conversation through to onboarding.

About You

You'll thrive here if you're already in a financial services B2C business development or client relationship manager role and feel ready to stretch yourself with a super ambitious Fin Tech.

You may be in a bank, a Fin Tech, or regulated business - what matters is your mindset.

You'll bring

  • Experience in wealth management, financial services or Fin Tech with High Net Worth customers.
  • A track record of building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
  • Confidence networking and representing a business externally.
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
