Position: Collections Advisor
Salary: £28,800 pa
Hours: Monday to Friday, shift patterns between 8.30am and 6.30pm (no weekends!)
Location: Bristol City Centre, close to excellent public transport links (Bus & Train)
Contract: Permanent, full time, 35 hpw, with hybrid working (3 days office per week)

This established financial services regulated business in Bristol is looking for an experienced collections advisor to play a critical role as the first point of contact for customers facing difficulty in repaying their loan. You’ll be super passionate about helping customers get the right outcomes, taking ownership of both inbound and outbound customer contact streams within a highly regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll provide compassionate support to customers via phone, email and web, identifying complex situations and supporting customers through the collections process. You’ll be responsible for recognising vulnerability, escalating cases through the relevant pathways to ensure consumer duty requirements are met. As part of a team, you’ll identify areas to support improvements in the customer journey and meet personal and team KPIs around quality, FCA compliance and first contact resolution.
