We’re looking for a Lead Brand Designer to shape and evolve the creative identity of our globally loved brand, bringing beautiful concepts to life across every touchpoint. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary and hands‑on creative leader to join our talented Product Design and Creative teams.
You’ll make an impact by shaping the future creative direction of Joma Jewellery, elevating our brand identity across every customer touchpoint and inspiring innovative storytelling that connects with our growing global audience. Working closely with our Brand Managers, Art Director and Creative Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining seasonal campaigns, developing brand identity toolkits and ensuring exceptional creative consistency across digital, print, wholesale, events and beyond.
From concept creation and visual storytelling to mentoring designers and leading creative workshops, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and loves combining strategy with creativity. You’ll take ownership of the Joma Jewellery brand identity, inspiring teams and driving innovative ideas that elevate every customer interaction. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Create and evolve core brand identity documents, ensuring the Joma Jewellery brand vision, tone of voice and styling are consistently communicated across all channels.
- Develop seasonal campaign identity toolkits including key messaging, imagery, hero products and graphic guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Product Teams, Art Directors and Creative Directors to shape and deliver future campaign concepts aligned to the marketing and seasonal calendar.
- Lead the creative direction for campaign styling and visual storytelling, ensuring concepts are aligned with the brand vision.
- Champion creative consistency across all outputs including Digital, Print, B2B, Events and Wholesale.
- Work closely with the Art Director to ensure photography direction and graphic design concepts come together seamlessly.
- Mentor and support the wider creative team, providing guidance on styling, brand principles and campaign execution.
- Line manage and develop a Senior Digital Designer, ensuring brand identity is effectively communicated across junior team members.
- Partner with Senior Print Designers to maintain consistency across print outputs and creative execution.
- Deliver creative workshops and collaborative idea sessions that inspire innovation and future‑thinking across the brand.
- Use creative performance insights and data to inform future concept development and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with Ecommerce and Digital Marketing teams to ensure website templates, wireframes and creative outputs align with both brand identity and customer performance.
- Ensure senior stakeholders have visibility of creative direction, timelines and campaign progress.
- Support across any additional brands within the business where required.
THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING
- Proven experience within a senior creative or brand design role, ideally within fashion, jewellery, accessories or lifestyle brands.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand storytelling, creative direction and campaign design across multiple channels.
- Passion for design, visual storytelling, photography and creating elevated brand experiences.
- Strong understanding of developing and maintaining brand identity across digital and print platforms.
- A confident and inspiring leader with experience mentoring or managing creative teams.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities within a fast‑paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a naturally creative mindset.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to use performance insights to shape creative decisions.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Positive, collaborative and proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
