Joma Jewellery is recruiting a Buying Manager to shape and deliver buying strategy across brands. You will lead seasonal plans, drive category performance and oversee ranges to reflect brand direction and customer needs.
The role combines collaboration at our head office with three days a week on-site and flexible remote days. You will lead and develop the Buying team, set priorities, and work with Product Design, Merchandising and suppliers to optimise ranges, margins and product quality.
