We’re looking for a commercially driven and creatively minded Paid Social Manager to take ownership of our paid social strategy and performance. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest – ensuring every pound of spend delivers measurable impact.

You’ll make an impact by scaling customer acquisition, strengthening retention, and driving revenue growth through best‑in‑class paid social execution. Working at pace, you’ll turn insight into action – continually testing, learning, and refining to unlock new opportunities.

Collaborating closely with our creative, content, email, ecommerce, and agency partners, you’ll ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey across every touchpoint. With a strong understanding of platform trends, consumer behaviour, and performance marketing, you’ll help shape a full‑funnel strategy that delivers both short‑term results and long‑term brand growth.

You’ll be able to work from home 2 days per week.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Manage budgets and pacing strategies alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to maximise performance
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear, results‑driven paid social plans
  • Run A/B tests across creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and formats to continuously improve performance
  • Brief and direct paid social creative in collaboration with our in‑house design team
  • Develop strategies to drive efficient customer acquisition, retention, repeat purchase, and lifetime value
  • Deliver against revenue targets, with clear reporting frameworks across key KPIs
  • Lead UGC and creator‑led content strategies in partnership with social and influencer teams
  • Own seasonal forecasting for revenue and spend across paid social
  • Identify new growth opportunities through industry trends, platform updates, and competitor analysis
  • Support the implementation of the wider paid social marketing calendar
  • Partner with the wider marketing team to drive traffic, database growth, and sign‑ups
  • Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns by aligning with content, creative, and social teams
  • Collaborate with the email team to strengthen customer journeys and data capture
  • Maintain accurate tracking and measurement, including Meta Pixel, CAPI, and server‑side integrations
  • Support wider brand initiatives and ad hoc projects where needed

THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING

  • Target and KPI focused, with strong commercial awareness
  • Proven experience managing paid social channels across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Strong understanding of acquisition marketing and awareness of wider channel strategy
  • Confident in attribution, performance analysis, GA4, and platform reporting
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within retail or an agency environment
