Joma Jewellery Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Buyer to lead category development from range planning to delivery. You'll collaborate with Design, Merchandising and suppliers, coach junior team members and ensure ranges balance creativity, quality and commercial performance.
The role is based at our Banbury office with a hybrid model: three days in the office and two days from home. Occasional full weeks may be required during peak periods.
