Are you an experienced stylist with a passion for creating beautiful, commercially driven content? Do you have a strong eye for detail, a love for product storytelling and the ability to bring creative concepts to life across multiple channels? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We're looking for a Studio Stylist to join our talented Creative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment and enjoys balancing creativity with commercial awareness. Working closely with our Senior Stylist, Creative Shoot Manager and wider Creative team, you'll play a key role in delivering inspiring ecommerce and campaign content that showcases our products at their very best.
You will make an impact by leading the styling execution of studio and ecommerce shoots across our brands, ensuring every image reflects our creative vision while maintaining accuracy, consistency and a seamless customer experience. From pre-shoot planning and outfit building through to on-set styling and mentoring junior team members, you'll be instrumental in bringing our collections to life.
The role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. You'll enjoy the variation of the exciting buzz of our stunning head office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. Due to the nature of the position, we may require flexibility outside standard working hours depending on shoot schedules.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Leading styling preparation for assigned ecommerce, campaign and studio shoots, creating aspirational looks that align with brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Building outfits and styling concepts ahead of shoots, ensuring all looks are planned, organised and ready for execution.
- Presenting styling decks and creative concepts to key stakeholders for approval ahead of shoot dates.
- Owning the styling execution of ecommerce, campaign and still-life shoots, ensuring products are represented accurately and beautifully across all content.
- Delivering consistent styling standards across high-volume ecommerce photography while maintaining attention to detail and brand integrity.
- Styling both on-model and still-life imagery, ensuring product fit, colour, texture and key features are showcased effectively.
- Supporting the Senior Stylist on larger-scale and location-based campaign shoots when required.
- Working closely with Creative, Photography, Production and Product teams to ensure shoots are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
- Managing the product handover process for assigned shoots, ensuring all products and assets are prepared correctly and any issues are identified proactively.
- Contributing to shoot planning documentation, including shot lists and creative shoot guides, to support smooth shoot day execution.
- Supporting the management of styling budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and timely submission of records.
- Building strong relationships across departments to ensure products and samples are sourced, prepared and available for all shoot requirements.
- Supporting the organisation and maintenance of styling resources, props and kits to ensure the studio is always shoot-ready.
- Mentoring and supporting the development of the Junior Stylist, sharing knowledge, providing guidance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Continuously looking for ways to improve processes, efficiencies and styling standards across the Creative function.
THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING
- Previous experience as a Junior Stylist, Stylist or Midweight Stylist within an ecommerce, fashion, lifestyle or creative studio environment.
- Strong experience styling both ecommerce and campaign content, with excellent on-model and still-life styling skills.
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling, trends and visual storytelling.
- A strong commercial eye with the ability to style product in a way that inspires customers while accurately representing key product details.
- Confidence working directly with models and creative teams on set.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across creative and commercial teams.
- Confidence presenting styling concepts and creative ideas to stakeholders.
- The ability to take creative direction and apply feedback positively and constructively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Good working knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members would be advantageous.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to support shoots outside of standard working hours when required.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach with a willingness to continuously learn and develop.
