This is an exciting opportunity for someone with styling experience who is looking to develop their career, working closely with our Senior Stylist and wider studio team to deliver inspiring shoots across our brands. You will make an impact by supporting the styling process from planning through to execution, helping to ensure every shoot runs smoothly and every product is presented beautifully.
From organising styling and props to supporting on set, dressing models and helping create compelling looks, you'll play an important role in bringing our creative vision to life. The role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. You'll enjoy the variation of the exciting buzz of our stunning head office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. Due to the nature of the position, we may require flexibility outside standard working hours depending on shoot schedules.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Supporting the styling team with the planning, preparation and execution of ecommerce, campaign and still-life shoots
- Coordinating the ordering of styling products and props from approved styling packs, ensuring all shoot requirements are delivered on time
- Managing the organisation, tracking and return of styling products and props, maintaining accurate records and supporting efficient workflows
- Assisting with shoot budget administration, expense tracking and receipt management
- Working closely with the Studio and Sample Assistant to ensure products are organised, prepared and ready ahead of every shoot
- Supporting product packing, preparation and logistics for location shoots, ensuring all items are returned and processed correctly afterwards
- Maintaining styling kits, wardrobe areas and prop collections, ensuring everything is organised, well-presented and ready for use
- Assisting Stylists and the Senior Stylist on set by preparing outfit rails, managing styling changes, dressing models and ensuring upcoming shots are ready to schedule
- Building outfits and styling concepts for selected ecommerce, flat lay, product and smaller-scale campaign shoots, working from initial research through to styling deck creation and approval
- Styling assigned shoots using approved creative direction and styling packs to deliver the desired brand aesthetic
- Helping to maintain and develop wardrobe and prop management systems, ensuring all assets are tracked effectively
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the smooth running of the studio environment
- Working collaboratively across the Creative team to ensure all shoot deadlines are achieved and styling standards remain consistently high
THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING
- Previous experience as a Styling Assistant or Junior Stylist across studio and/or location shoots
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and lifestyle brands
- Strong awareness of trends, styling techniques and visual storytelling
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and shoot schedules
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams
- The ability to take creative direction and apply feedback positively
- Experience translating brand guidelines and creative concepts into compelling styling outcomes
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Good working knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Excel
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to support shoots outside of standard working hours when required
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to support all aspects of the studio and styling process

- 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holidays
