We have an exciting opportunity to join us as Head of Brand Marketing, where you’ll play a pivotal role in defining the future direction of our two distinct global brands, Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery (also known as A Littles & Co. in the US). Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll own the long-term Brand Strategy & Marketing Roadmap across both brands, translating customer insight, product strategies and business priorities into clear, integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity, accelerate customer acquisition, grow loyalty and deliver measurable commercial growth.

Working closely with Product, Merchandising and Commercial teams, you’ll shape the annual and seasonal brand roadmap, bringing together key product launches, commercial moments, partnerships, influencer programmes, PR activity, retail activations and customer initiatives to support our wider business objectives. You’ll ensure every initiative has a clear target audience, customer proposition, commercial objective, investment rationale and measurable outcomes, with every channel working together behind one aligned brand strategy.

You will make an impact through championing the voice of the customer across the business, using customer insight, market trends, competitor analysis and commercial performance to identify growth opportunities, shape future marketing priorities and influence product, brand and business decisions. You’ll lead our Brand Managers, Social Media team and external PR partners, setting the strategic direction for customer-first marketing, social growth, PR, influencer and partnership strategies that build awareness, strengthen brand desirability and drive measurable business growth.

You’ll also own the strategic briefing process, creating clarity across Brand Marketing, Creative and Content to ensure every brief is rooted in a clear commercial opportunity, customer insight, target audience, proposition, objectives, key messages, customer journey, channel strategy, budget and KPIs. While Brand Marketing defines the strategic direction and desired business outcomes, you’ll work closely with Creative and Content to bring these strategies to life through compelling concepts, storytelling and execution.

A key part of your role will be establishing robust measurement frameworks across all brand activity, continually evaluating brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, PR impact, influencer performance, community growth and return on marketing investment. You’ll use these insights to optimise future strategy and ensure every marketing investment contributes to measurable brand and commercial growth.

If you are an ambitious, commercially driven brand leader with exceptional brand instinct, a passion for customer insight and a proven track record of scaling premium consumer brands, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll be a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings clarity to complex challenges and is confident influencing cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious commercial results.

This role is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You'll enjoy the exciting buzz of our stunning Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, spending an average of three days a week with the team, alongside the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days.
