We're looking for an Account Manager to join our ambitious Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account management professional to take ownership of a portfolio of key wholesale and house accounts across both Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery, helping to drive sustainable growth while delivering outstanding service to our valued retail partners.

You will make an impact by:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key retail partners and strategic accounts, becoming a trusted extension of their business.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional level of service, responsiveness and support.
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of wholesale and key house accounts, delivering against agreed sales targets, KPIs and commercial objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through account development, new product introductions, upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Developing strategic account plans that support both short-term performance and long-term partnership growth.
  • Working closely with the Head of Sales to identify, target and secure new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
  • Presenting new collections, product launches and seasonal ranges to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Negotiating trading agreements, promotional activity and commercial terms to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Partnering with customers to understand their objectives, supporting them with tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
  • Collaborating with Merchandising teams to review forecasts, stock availability, sales performance and future demand planning.
  • Ensuring customers have the right products available at the right time to maximise sales opportunities and support successful launches.
  • Monitoring account performance, analysing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth, improvement and optimisation.
  • Securing and managing promotional activity for key trading periods, ensuring strong return on investment and profitable sales growth.
  • Gathering and sharing customer feedback, market insights, competitor activity and emerging trends to help shape future business decisions.
  • Working collaboratively with Sales, Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Managing projects and timelines across multiple stakeholders, ensuring key milestones and customer commitments are achieved.
  • Supporting and developing the Wholesale Coordinator through coaching, guidance and ongoing development opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen customer relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the Sales function.

The talent you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience managing and growing key retail, wholesale or strategic customer accounts.
  • A strong track record of delivering customer retention, account growth and commercial success.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a good understanding of retail performance drivers and customer needs.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Experience presenting new products, collections or seasonal ranges to customers.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, stock planning and merchandising principles.
  • The ability to identify opportunities for account expansion, revenue growth and new business development.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic account plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret sales data and turn insights into actions.
  • A self-motivated and adaptable approach, comfortable working within a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or developing team members would be advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for building partnerships, delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing our brands with pride.
