Joma Jewellery is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager for its Banbury warehouse.
You will own H&S across a fast-paced environment, lead continuous improvement, and partner with HR to ensure safety across offices and retail teams.
You will develop strategies, implement risk controls, and conduct investigations while driving a culture where safety is central to daily operations and wellbeing.
Occasional WFH days supported.
