As Midweight Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing beautiful, on-brand products to life from initial concept through to final delivery. Working closely with our Senior Designers, you’ll support the development of innovative collections that reflect our affordable luxury positioning while ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
You will make an impact by taking ownership of your own projects, contributing fresh creative ideas, and helping to shape products that our customers love. From creating technical specifications and reviewing samples, to supporting packaging, POS and personalisation projects, you’ll be involved in every stage of the product journey. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure products are delivered on time, on budget and aligned with the wider brand vision.
This is a hands‑on creative role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for fashion and lifestyle products, and a proactive, positive attitude. The role is Monday – Friday 9am–5pm. You’ll enjoy the exciting buzz of our friendly office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.
How You'll Contribute
- Support the design and development of innovative, on‑brand products that align with our affordable luxury positioning
- Work closely with Senior Designers to deliver projects from concept through to final product delivery
- Create artwork, technical specifications and product documentation using Adobe Creative Suite
- Support the end‑to‑end product development process including packaging, tags, care labels, POS displays and testing
- Review samples against specifications, ensuring quality and attention to detail are maintained throughout the process
- Help maintain accurate critical paths, product codes, colour descriptions and product information
- Collaborate with Buying and wider Design teams to support successful product launches
- Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging accuracy, organisation and creativity
- Contribute fresh ideas around product innovation and personalisation opportunities
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider team
- Provide regular project updates and communicate progress clearly with Senior Designers
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and support team efficiency
THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING
- A qualification in Fashion or Product Design (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in a product design role, ideally within fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands
- Proven ability to take products from concept through to final delivery
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Excellent visual communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy across written and numerical work
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident working both collaboratively and independently
