Introducing a brand-new role in our Wholesale team to elevate our brand growth in the US. We are excited to offer the successful candidate the flexibility to choose their preferred working location. You can be based at our beautiful Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, or we welcome applicants from anywhere in the US for a fully remote role. Remote working in the US will include occasional travel related to the role, such as attending trade shows, and visits to our US office in North Carolina and UK Head Office.
As Senior US Sales Manager, you will provide vision, leadership and strategic direction for the development and growth of the Katie Loxton and A Little & Co. wholesale businesses across the United States. You will take full responsibility for wholesale sales performance across all US wholesale channels, including key accounts, independent retailers, distributors, agents and franchise partners where applicable. You will make an impact by leading a high-performing US wholesale function, developing and executing innovative commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth, expand market penetration and strengthen brand presence.
You will also play a key role in managing and supporting the sales representative network, ensuring alignment to brand standards, sales targets and seasonal priorities. You will work closely with our wonderful UK Wholesale team and wider UK teams to align on global strategy, processes, tools and best practices, adapting these effectively for the US market to reflect regional customer needs, commercial realities and growth opportunities.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Sales & Commercial Strategy
- Own and execute the US B2B sales strategy for Katie Loxton and A Little & Co., driving growth across all wholesale channels.
- Set commercial plans, targets, and KPIs by channel and territory.
- Identify new revenue streams, territories, and distribution opportunities.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
- Sales Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the US wholesale team and sales representatives.
- Ensure clear targets, consistent brand execution, strong product knowledge, and effective selling tools.
- Troubleshoot underperforming territories and implement corrective strategies.
- Key Accounts & Strategic Partnerships
- Manage relationships with key US accounts, driving long-term growth and tailored commercial plans.
- Support seasonal launches, promotions, and product opportunities to maximise sell-through.
- Collaborate with Creative, Visual Merchandising, and Design teams to ensure market-relevant products and in-store excellence.
- Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with UK and global teams to align strategies, tools, processes, and seasonal plans.
- Provide market insights to inform product development, range planning, and seasonal assortments.
- Partner with Marketing, Events, VM, Ecommerce, and CX teams to optimise B2B channels and ensure brand consistency.
- Leadership & General Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement across team performance and ways of working.
- Communicate effectively across departments and contribute as part of the senior leadership team.
- Support wider business initiatives and undertake ad hoc duties as required.

- Highly analytical and ROI-focused, with solid budgeting, forecasting and performance management experience.
- Proven experience building, leading, developing and retaining high-performing sales teams and rep networks.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while driving momentum in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in an evolving, high-growth business and adapt quickly to change.
- Broad marketing experience across both offline and digital channels, supporting wholesale growth.
- Highly motivated with a positive, 'can-do' attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience within the US fashion, accessories or lifestyle industry.
