We’re looking for a commercially driven and creatively minded paid social manager to take ownership of our paid social strategy and performance. In this hands‑on role you’ll lead planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring every pound of spend delivers measurable impact. You’ll help scale customer acquisition, strengthen retention, and drive revenue growth through best‑in‑class paid social execution.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Manage budgets and pacing strategies alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to maximise performance.
- Translate campaign objectives into clear, results‑driven paid social plans.
- Run A/B tests across creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and formats to improve performance.
- Brief and direct paid social creative in collaboration with in‑house design team.
- Develop strategies to drive efficient customer acquisition, retention, repeat purchase, and lifetime value.
- Deliver against revenue targets with clear reporting frameworks across key KPIs.
- Lead UGC and creator‑led content strategies in partnership with social and influencer teams.
- Own seasonal forecasting for revenue and spend across paid social.
- Identify new growth opportunities through industry trends, platform updates, and competitor analysis.
- Support the implementation of a wider paid social marketing calendar.
- Partner with the wider marketing team to drive traffic, database growth, and sign‑ups.
- Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns by aligning with content, creative, and social teams.
