We’re excited to be recruiting two Junior Shoot Producers to join our growing creative team. As a Junior Shoot Producer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through high-quality, well-executed photo shoots. You’ll help co-ordinate the creative and shoot teams by overseeing the production of all photography, while independently managing bronze-level shoots from start to finish. Reporting into the Creative Shoot Production Manager, you’ll support the smooth end-to-end delivery of all shoot production processes.
Working closely with Stylists, Photographers, and our wider creative and content teams, you’ll help plan, organise and deliver shoots across every stage, from pre-production through to on-set delivery and post-production. You’ll be hands-on, detail-driven, and confident juggling logistics, schedules, and creative requirements to ensure every shoot runs seamlessly. You’ll use your technical knowledge, strong organisational skills, and sound judgement to manage shoots with increasing autonomy. This includes leading communication with internal stakeholders and external production partners, identifying and managing risk, planning workflows, and supporting budget management. Clear, confident communication is essential in ensuring our creative teams feel supported and our external partners are engaged professionally and promptly.
As you grow in the role, you’ll take greater ownership of driving solutions and operational decision-making across shoots. You’ll be confident representing the brand both internally and externally, comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, and energised by working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of shoots. Above all, you’ll bring resilience, agility, and commercial awareness helping us deliver inspiring content that reflects the heart of our brand. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You’ll experience the exciting buzz of our friendly office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, on average three times a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. During peak periods, this may increase to five days a week, and due to the nature of the role, there may occasionally be longer days on location or for shoots.
How You’ll Contribute
- Owning the Photography tracker to ensure shoots are planned, tracked, and delivered on time.
- Owning and driving shoot planning and pre-production meetings, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are fully briefed, approvals with senior leadership are managed efficiently, and planning updates are clearly communicated.
- Preparing shoots end to end, including call sheets, daily schedules, transport and logistics bookings, permits, international production documentation, and printing and distributing shoot packs ahead of shoots.
- Attending and overseeing the end-to-end production of shoots, including studio, location, and international shoots, acting as a proactive on-set runner and operational lead while supporting the Creative Shoot Production Manager.
- Independently managing smaller shoots, including talent booking, location scouting, prop sourcing, crew briefing, scheduling, asset management, sign-off, and proactively mitigating risk to schedules and asset delivery.
- Taking ownership of on-set logistics, including sustenance, vehicle logistics, collections, and acting as the primary point of contact for crew and external vendors.
- Supporting casting alongside the Creative Shoot Production Manager and Head of Creative, keeping rosters updated, optioning key brand models, and ensuring critical path timings are adhered to.
- Supporting budget management, including processing invoices and expenses, maintaining the shoot budget tracker, updating pre- and post-shoot spend, and providing timely updates to senior leadership.
- Building a strong understanding of production processes, photography and video requirements, and the commercial impact of shoot decisions on budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables.
- Coordinating personalisation of shoot samples, ensuring requirements are captured accurately and artwork is briefed correctly.
The Talent You’ll Bring
- Passion for production, the brands, and the wider creative industry.
- Production experience, ideally in an in-house or studio role.
- Proactive, positive, and can-do attitude with a willingness to take ownership and make independent decisions.
- Exceptional organisational agility to manage multiple shoots and tasks simultaneously, including advanced forward planning and prioritisation.
- Resilient under pressure, able to maintain pace and consistency across a high volume of shoots and simultaneous workflows.
- Confident communicator, able to lead smaller shoots, represent the brand independently, and coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build solid relationships with senior leadership, creative teams, and external partners.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy across all production documentation, including call sheets, risk assessments, schedules, and budgets.
- Commercially aware, understanding the impact of on-set decisions on budgets, post-production timelines, and campaign deliverables.
- Technical capability with MS Office, Monday.com, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Flexible to work outside standard hours and travel to location shoots as required.
- Interest in and experience within jewellery and fashion, with strong brand awareness.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (manual preferred) and willingness to drive to location shoots within London and around the M25.
Perfectly Packaged
- A competitive salary.
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays rising to 35 with length of service.
- Abroad benefits package including our staff favourite – a very generous staff discount across both our brands.
- Opportunities to make an impact as well as learn and develop further.
- An innovative and friendly workplace with a team we’re proud to be part of.
