Job Role * Naturally, you will need to be completely au fait with every aspect of watch repair and servicing. This role will suit a highly experienced bench Watchmaker who has encountered—and successfully overcome—virtually every challenge that watch servicing and repair can present. * Uniquely, this position also involves overseeing junior team members and offering support and guidance as and when required. * In line with obligations from key luxury brand owners, there are specific standards and accreditation benchmarks to uphold. * You will work closely with the company owner to ensure these quality benchmarks are not only met, but consistently exceeded. Requirements * Possess unquestionable watch servicing and repair credentials. * Be considered exceptional at the bench, and generous in sharing your horological knowledge with colleagues. * Have experience in evaluating and acquiring rare and vintage watches. * Have previously mentored or overseen less experienced bench staff, enhancing both team output and individual skills. * Be confident in taking on leadership responsibilities within a workshop environment when required.
