Each individual store stocks an impressive collection of jewellery and watches in addition to offering a full array of service adjacencies. Clients can access valuations, watch repairs, jewellery alterations, pearl stringing, and ear piercing, all of which can be facilitated in-store.
Job role:
- Day-to-day management of a successful and well-established retail business.
- Lead and career develop a small team of dedicated full and part-time staff.
- Control and ensure maximum utilisation of all resources that are store provided.
- Ensure your store’s visual merchandising continually keeps in line with the given group marketing guidelines.
- Contribute when opportune your store's trends and areas of ever-strengthening sales success in order that purchasing can be continually and appropriately fine-tuned.
Requirements:
- Possess supervisory/previous retail management experience.
- Ideally watch and jewellery experienced; applications from other sectors of luxury goods would be welcomed.
- Able to allocate team responsibilities, encourage, assess and train colleagues to achieve their sales floor optimum.
- Utilise every commercial skill at your disposal to ensure that your store’s customer service is of ‘stand out’ best of town order.
- Have the best administrative and communication talent that ensures actions, initiatives and pre-set trading goals can be ever in step with Head Office directives.
