Job Role:- As the first point of contact for the business, you will excel at building rapport with customers, identifying their needs and helping them find the perfect jewellery or timepiece.
- Whether interacting face-to-face, online, by telephone or virtually, you will deliver an engaging and personalised customer experience tailored to each client’s preferred method of communication.
- You will be motivated to achieve your own sales and customer service targets while supporting the wider store team in meeting shared objectives.
- You will help maintain the exceptional presentation of the showroom by assisting with visual merchandising and window displays, ensuring the store always reflects the premium standards of the business.
