Job role:
- The need is for an experienced Store Lead able to maintain and accelerate our clients service reputation, whilst ensuring operational slickness and driving forward sales.
- Your leadership and team management will see your store colleagues adopt best practices and this will be linked to emphasising engagement and consultation value to all whom visit to potentially buy.
- Product knowledge is key to your proteges in-store success, and you are ever keen to cultivate a climate of shared learning.
