The role
You’ll be operating robotic welding machines to produce welded assemblies, loading components into jigs and fixtures, and inspecting finished parts for quality. Full training is provided - so if you’ve worked in a factory or engineering environment and you’re comfortable handling metal parts and using tools, this is a genuine opportunity to develop a new skill set on modern equipment.
What you’ll be doing
- Operate robotic welding machines to produce welded assemblies to specification
- Load jigs, fixtures, and components into the robot welder
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Follow safety procedures and report any machine faults or issues
- Support general fabrication and production tasks where required
What you’ll bring
Essential:
- A background in machine operation, fabrication, production, or a similar production or engineering role
- Experience with jig-based production or fixture loading
- Confident handling tools, equipment, and metal components
- Keen eye for detail - you take quality seriously
Useful, not essential:
- Previous exposure to a robotic welding or fabrication environment
