Shift Pattern (Nights Only)
- Monday–Thursday: 16:30–01:00
- Friday: 12:30–18:00
Full-time, permanent role. All work based on-site in Anglesey.
The Role
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be hands-on with the mechanical assembly of our systems. Working from technical drawings and schematics, you'll assemble, test, and fault-find mechanical and pneumatic components, ensuring all builds meet our high standards of quality and safety. You may already have a strong background in pneumatics, or come from a hydraulic or general mechanical fitting background with transferable skills - either way, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assembling mechanical and pneumatic systems using tools and schematics
- Working accurately from technical drawings
- Carrying out testing, fault-finding, and leak detection
- Using a range of hand and power tools (e.g. spanners, drills, linishers)
- Completing job cards and production documentation
- Working collaboratively within a late-shift production team
- Maintaining health & safety and workshop standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience
- Proven experience as a mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic fitter
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and pneumatic schematics
- Confident use of hand and power tools
- A reliable team player with strong attention to detail and time management
