Due to continued growth and investment, Joloda Hydraroll is looking to expand its Fabrication Team with an experienced Night Shift Fabricator / Welder. Based at our modern Anglesey site, you'll be part of a friendly, collaborative team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Shift Pattern (Nights Only)
- Monday–Thursday: 16:30–01:00
- Friday: 12:30–18:00
Full-time, permanent role. All work based on-site in Anglesey.
What you'll do:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to assemble and weld components
- Carry out MIG welding (with occasional TIG) on bespoke and production-run systems
- Use hand and power tools, including 4.5” and 9” grinders
- Deburr metal components using grinders, linishers, and belt sanders
- Inspect and maintain high standards of workmanship and quality
- Contribute to problem-solving and continuous process improvement
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
What we offer:
- Competitive hourly rate £14.05–£15.06 per hour with 25%-night shift premium. Total hourly rate £17.56 - £18.83 per hour
- Overtime available at enhanced rates

What we're looking for:
- Level 3 Fabrication & Welding (C&G) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years' experience post-completion of an apprenticeship (not straight out of college)
- Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication to technical drawings
- Familiarity with quality inspection using verniers, gauges, and similar equipment
- A strong eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- A reliable, safety-conscious team player with a positive attitude
