Joloda Hydraroll in Liverpool is seeking a quality and process improvement professional to own the site’s quality strategy. You will lead Lean and Six Sigma projects, tackle root causes of defects, and build a modern, lean-driven function from scratch across both UK sites and sub-contract operations.
You’ll report to the Operations Director, drive Pareto-based prioritisation, and create a culture where standards continually rise, with potential to advance to a Group role in the future.
