About the Role This is a brand-new opportunity created through growth. As a Service Support Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our Field Service Engineer team. Acting as the key link between customers and engineers, you’ll log incoming jobs, allocate tasks, chase PO approvals, track job progress, and ensure our service team operates smoothly in a highly reactive and fast-paced environment. You’ll use systems like Joblogic to maintain accurate job records, help ensure prompt invoicing, and keep both internal teams and customers up to date. Communication is crucial – you’ll be that calm, confident voice customers and engineers rely on.
