Jollyes Pets Yeovil is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead daily on the shop floor, coach your team through live customer interactions, manage deliveries, and uphold our standards.
This role offers on target earnings of c £43k p. a. (base £37k–£38k plus up to £5k bonus).
You’ll drive KPIs, service, and profitability while staying hands-on and out front with customers.
