Following recent growth, we’re looking for a Sales Assistant for our Bangor store.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist store colleagues to maximise the potential of the store by providing genuinely helpful and friendly customer service
• Uphold great store standards with available stock and clean and tidy presentation
• Promote responsible pet ownership

Requirements & Qualifications

• Great interpersonal skills with a fun personality who enjoys interacting with pets and people
• Experience in a similar customer‑facing retail environment is preferred
• A hands‑on approach with a high level of flexibility (opening hours include evenings and weekends; flexible to cover any shift over 7 days)
• Must be able to offer the highest levels of customer service and be an ambassador for the Jollyes brand, sharing our values: Genuine, Wise, Focused, Eager, Together
