Your role as a Sales Assistant will be to help your store colleagues to maximise the potential of the store by providing genuinely helpful and friendly customer service, upholding great store standards with available stock and clean and tidy presentation, and promoting responsible pet ownership.

Responsibilities
- Provide genuinely helpful and friendly customer service to customers and pet parents.
- Help store colleagues maximise store potential through stock availability, clean and tidy presentation, and uphold high standards.
- Promote responsible pet ownership and represent the Jollyes brand values: Genuine, Wise, Focused, Eager, Together.
- Be flexible to cover shifts over 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
- Support a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a hands-on approach to customer interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar, customer-facing environment is preferred, with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
- Great personality for interacting with pets and people.
- Part-time, permanent position β 12 hours per week.
- Strong communication, reliability, and adaptability to a variable retail schedule.
