This is a permanent, full-time role offering a hybrid approach, involving weekly office days at our pet-friendly support office in Waltham Abbey (Essex), store visits nationally as required, and days from home, 37.5 hours per week.

Who you’ll lead:
- Retail Operations: Inspire and empower store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive LFL growth, and execute our EDLP strategy with precision.
- Supply Chain Strategy: Own the relationship with our 3PL partner, ensuring agility, cost-efficiency, and high availability across our omnichannel network.
- Transformation & Innovation: Spearhead retail transformation projects, evolve store formats, and embed continuous improvement across operations.
- Sustainability & Resilience: Champion ESG initiatives and build a future-fit supply chain that’s responsive to market shifts and customer needs.
