Jollyes Pets in Southend is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor, support the Store Manager and coach the team through live customer interactions. You’ll help deliveries, drive turnover and maintain high standards of pet care.
You’ll promote a positive culture, deliver great service, and participate in recruitment and development of staff. The role is full-time with 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
