What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie?

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.

Your Pub

The Jolly Thresher is located in Lymm - a picturesque village adjacent to the Bridgewater Canal, leading to a variety of customers, both locals and tourists who visit the site. The site has a huge outside area, which has lots of potential as well as a dedicated dining area inside where customers can enjoy the extensive fresh food menu. This site also has cosy drinking areas, with huge fireplaces.
