We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define what we build and why across our B2B enterprise, multi-tenant, cloud-hosted SaaS products. Depending on business needs, you may work on one or more of our products. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the executive team.
You will be the bridge between our customers and our engineering team. You will work closely with customers, customer support, sales, and marketing to understand real problems, turn them into clear priorities and requirements, and communicate to engineering what should be built, why it matters, and what success looks like. You will partner with our Engineering Manager, who owns team management, development, testing, and release delivery.
Working Hours
Fully remote, work-from-home contract position. Most of our customer demos and calls take place between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM US Pacific Time. You must be available approximately 15:00 - 23:00 Central European Time on weekdays to join customer demos and work with our sales, support, and executive teams. Our engineering teams are distributed across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and feature priorities, and keep them aligned with business goals set by the executive team.
- Talk directly with customers and prospects to understand their workflows, problems, and requirements.
- Work with customer support to identify recurring issues, usability gaps, and product improvement opportunities.
- Work with sales and marketing to understand market needs, competitive positioning, and reasons for wins and losses.
- Decide what should be built, why it matters, and what should be prioritized - and clearly explain those decisions.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can build from.
- Partner with the Engineering Manager to scope features, make trade-offs, and plan releases.
- Review and test new features before release to confirm they solve the intended customer problem.
- Provide marketing, sales, and support with release notes, feature explanations, and product positioning.
- Use product usage data, customer feedback, and support trends to measure outcomes and refine priorities.
- Present roadmap, progress, and product recommendations to the executive team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Technical background strongly preferred (prior experience as a software engineer, QA engineer, or solutions engineer is a plus).
- Able to understand software architecture, APIs, integrations, and data well enough to hold credible discussions with engineers.
- Proven experience gathering customer requirements and turning them into well-defined product specifications.
- Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize features based on customer, business, and technical value.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools for managing backlogs, user stories, and requirements.
- Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor and influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present to customers and executives.
- Experience working in a distributed, international environment.
Compensation
£70,000 - £95,000 per year (approx. £5,800 - £7,900 per month on a B2B contract; commensurate with experience).
